Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to delete your CS Pickleball Store account, we're sorry to see you go. Here's how the process works.
How to Request Deletion
- Contact our support team and request account deletion.
- Provide the email address associated with your account for verification.
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved shipping addresses
- Account login credentials
- Product reviews you've submitted
What We Retain
In compliance with Philippine tax and business regulations, we are required to retain certain records:
- Order history — transaction records are kept for accounting and tax purposes
- Payment records — transaction references (not card details) are retained as required by law
These records are anonymized and cannot be linked back to your personal identity after account deletion.
Before You Delete
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have any pending orders or open returns, please wait until they are fully resolved before requesting deletion.
