How do I get a receipt or invoice?

CS Pickleball Store provides digital receipts for all purchases. Here's how to access yours.

Order Confirmation Email

As soon as your payment is verified, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase, including:

• Order number
• Items purchased with prices
• Shipping cost
• Total amount paid
• Payment method used

This email serves as your digital receipt. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Order Detail Page

You can also view your receipt at any time by logging in to your account:

1. Go to Orders from your profile.
2. Click on the order you need a receipt for.
3. Your full order summary and payment details are displayed on the order detail page.

Need a Formal Invoice?

If you need a formal invoice (e.g., for business or tax purposes), please contact our support team with:

• Your order number
• The name and address to appear on the invoice
• Any tax identification number (TIN) if applicable

We'll email you a PDF invoice within 1–2 business days.
