Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been placed, you can check its status at any time from your Orders page.
Steps to Track
- Log in to your CS Pickleball Store account.
- Go to Orders from your profile or the navigation menu.
- Click on the order you want to track.
- You'll see a progress bar showing the current status: Order Placed → Paid → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
Tracking Number
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also find the tracking number on your order detail page.
Supported Carriers
- J&T Express — most Metro Manila and Luzon deliveries
- LBC Express — Visayas and Mindanao deliveries
- Grab Express — same-day Metro Manila orders (when available)
If your tracking information hasn't updated in over 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number.
