Troubleshooting Promo Code Issues
If your promo code isn't working at checkout, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons a Code May Not Work
- Expired code — promo codes have an expiration date. Check the email or post where you received the code to confirm it's still valid.
- Minimum order not met — some codes require a minimum cart value (e.g., "₱500 off orders over ₱3,000"). Add more items to meet the threshold.
- Already used — most promo codes are single-use per customer. If you've used the code before, it won't work again.
- Product restrictions — certain codes only apply to specific products, categories, or brands. Sale items and bundles are often excluded.
- Region restrictions — some promotions are limited to customers in specific delivery areas.
- Typo in the code — double-check that you entered the code exactly as shown. Codes are not case-sensitive, but spaces or extra characters will cause errors.
