Changing or Cancelling an Order
We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Before Shipping
If your order has not yet shipped, you can request changes or cancellation by contacting our support team. Please provide:
- Your order number
- The change you'd like to make (item swap, quantity, size, delivery address, etc.)
We'll do our best to accommodate your request. If the order is already being packed, we may not be able to make changes in time.
After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return if needed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If we successfully cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
