Lost or Damaged Packages
We're sorry to hear about any issues with your delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and attach the photos.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost Package
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or if tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days:
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If still unresolved, reach out to us with your order number.
We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.
All claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
