All products sold at CS Pickleball Store come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type.
Typical Warranty Coverage
- Duration — most paddle brands offer a warranty of 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase
- Coverage — manufacturing defects, delamination, structural failure under normal use
- Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or order detail page serves as proof of purchase
What Is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, edge guard wear, grip wear)
- Damage from misuse, drops, or impacts beyond normal play
- Cosmetic imperfections that don't affect performance
- Accessories like grips, overgrips, and bags (unless specifically defective)
Brand-Specific Warranty Periods
- Selkirk — limited lifetime warranty against defects
- Joola — 6-month warranty on paddles
- Engage — 1-year limited warranty
- Franklin — 6-month limited warranty
- HEAD — 6-month limited warranty

How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos showing the defect.
- We'll coordinate with the brand to process your claim.
- If approved, you'll receive a replacement or store credit depending on the brand's warranty policy.
