At CS Pickleball Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return window begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition — the item must not have been used on the court or show any signs of wear.
- Original packaging — the item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and protective wrapping.
- Proof of purchase — you'll need your order number or order confirmation email.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.
Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return. Please see What items are non-returnable? for details.
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
