Processing Steps
- Item received — once the returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy requirements.
- Inspection — we inspect all returned items within 1–2 business days of receipt to verify they are unused and in original condition.
- Refund issued — after the item passes inspection, we'll initiate your refund. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Refund Timelines by Payment Method
- GCash / Maya: 1–3 business days after refund is issued
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
Total Estimated Timeline
From the time we receive your return to the refund appearing in your account, the total process typically takes 7–14 business days. In some cases, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
What Gets Refunded?
- Item price — the full purchase price of the returned item.
- Shipping cost — original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
If your refund hasn't appeared after 14 business days, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll look into it.
