Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to make returns easy, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review this list before making a purchase.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used or damaged items — any product that has been used on the court, shows signs of wear, scuff marks, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items without original packaging — products that are missing their original box, tags, labels, or protective wrapping.
- Sale and clearance items — items purchased at a discounted clearance price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or custom items — products that have been customized, engraved, or personalized to your specifications.
Exceptions
Even for non-returnable items, we'll still help if:
- The item arrived defective or damaged — manufacturing defects and shipping damage are always covered, regardless of sale status.
- You received the wrong item — if we sent the incorrect product, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
