We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Email our support team with your order number and reason, then ship the item back once you receive authorization.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Used or damaged items, items without original packaging, sale/clearance items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
