Requesting a Return or Exchange
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, follow these steps to get started.
Step-by-Step Process
- Email our support team — contact us and include your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
- Receive your Return Authorization — our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely — place the item in its original packaging. Include any tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.
- Ship the item back — send the package to the address provided in your RA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery.
- Wait for processing — once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or item, let us know in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Tips for a Smooth Return
- Keep your RA number — include it inside the package or on the shipping label.
- Use the original packaging whenever possible to protect the item during transit.
- Ship within 5 business days of receiving your RA to avoid delays.
