Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for shipping the item back depends on the reason for the return.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer need it, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is because of a problem on our end, we'll cover the shipping cost. This includes:
- Defective product — the item has a manufacturing defect or arrived non-functional.
- Wrong item sent — you received a different product than what you ordered.
- Damaged in shipping — the item was damaged during transit (please include photos).
In these cases, we'll either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost once the return is processed.
Shipping Tips
- Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to protect the item.
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is fully processed.
- Ship the item within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization.
